By booking any of our activities, the client accepts the following conditions and obligations:
- Puntuality. Each passenger is responsible for arriving at the agreed time for the activity. If the schedule is not met, the client will lose the money paid.
- If the client arrives in a state of intoxication or in conditions that are not considered appropriate, the company reserves the right of admission. The customer will not have the right to receive any refund.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, in the opinion of the company, thus endangering the safety of the boat, skipper or clients, the company may cancel the departure. Will offer a change in the date of the activity, to be agreed with the client. Only if the client is unable to do so on another date will the company return the money.
- Cancellation by passengers: In case of need to cancel due to illness or other reasons, passengers will be forced to provide the company with an official document justifying the facts. Only in that case will the money be returned.
- In general, the company reserves the right of acceptance.
- If during any activity, passengers engage in uncivil behavior, the skipper has the right to disembark them, without any right to a refund.
- The skipper is the highest authority on the boat. Therefore, passengers are obliged to follow their instructions and maintain a civil and careful attitude towards the boat and the equipment provided.
- In case of loss or breakage of the snorkeling equipment, the client will be forced to pay €30 in compensation.
- If the donut activity takes place, only water will be included among the drinks.
- It is not allowed to bring food or drinks onto the boat.
- The client must arrive 20 minutes before the departure time.
- We accept reservations through the website up to 3 days before.
- Reservations through the website will only be accepted when »Special Charter Boat» confirms receipt of the amount agreed upon as a reservation, thus sending a confirmation email to the client.
